App Validation Process Overview
There are four main pillars taken into account for the validation process:
- Legal & Compliance
- Product Review
- Go to Market
- Security Assessment

Legal & Compliance
The aim is to register the fintech as an official vendor. We have two levels of due diligence process in DocuSign:
- Questionnaire - where we ask the fintech to provide legal information about his company
- Documentation - where we ask for documentation to validate the compliance level of the fintech

Product Review
This pillar exists to ensure that all the information submitted by the fintech on the app page is validated by the Finastra Marketing Team. After the information is validated, a demo of the application is reviewed as well.

There are two main tasks associated with this pillar:

- CRM Implementation

Security Assessment
This pillar is not mandatory for publication to the FusionFabric.cloud store. You have to fill in the security questionnaire, which covers five topics:
- Impact on Financial or Personal Identifiable Information
- Governance
- Construction
- Verification
- Deployment
