Platform Commercial Models

Refer Sales Model
Refer sales model is the default commercial model. In the refer sales model, Finastra would generate the leads for the app by working both with digital and field sales teams. You can find more details about the refer sales model at 1:30.
Revenue Sharing
Revenue sharing is the primary way on how apps are commercialized on FusionFabric.cloud Platform. More information about the Revenue Sharing can be found at 2:20.
Refer Sales Model - To Do
The due diligence process with Finastra is one of the processes that you have to undergo. The due diligence needs to be completed by you and then is approved by Finastra Legal and Risk team. For more details, see 2:48.
Billing in the refer sales model is handled by Finastra, therefore Finastra needs visibility of the contract agreed for the app sale between you and the client. More details about billing in the refer sales model can be found at 3:06.
The L1 and L2 support is provided by Finastra on the platform, which also includes the connectivity and any core product issues. Fore more details, see 3:36.
Resell Sales Model

Resell Sales Model - To Do
A Third Party Risk Assessment needs to completed with Finastra before contracts can be executed. Finastra takes the ownership of pricing and invoicing to clients. More details can be found at 4:48.
